Mary Hunter Mercy, Founding Partner

Mary Hunter is a detail oriented sales professional with 19 years of success in the CATV industry. A perennial top sales performer, she is adept at building and maintaining customer relationships. She is customer service focused and enjoys assisting customers with solutions. Mary Hunter interfaces with technical operations, supply chain/purchasing, and engineering staff, from techs to the C Suite. Prior to launching Giganet Sales, Mary Hunter was a sales star at TriNet Communications, where she managed a 13 state region and corporate coverage at Cox Communications. She graduated from Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina with a B.A. in Business Administration (Concentration: Organizational Management). 

Mary Hunter serves as Secretary of the SCTE Chattahoochee Chapter and associate Board Member of the SCTE Piedmont Chapter.

Dan Johnson, Partner

Dan is a technical sales professional with over 28 years of industry experience. He enjoys working with his customers to develop solutions to application challenges over a wide range of network designs. Over the years, Dan’s natural ability to make the complex easier to understand, combined with a broad knowledge base, has provided customers a valuable sounding board for creative product solutions and cost saving methods. Prior to joining Giganet, Dan worked for 17 years at Channell Commercial as National Account Manager for Verizon and Frontier Communications; and also served as East Regional Sales Manager coordinating the sales efforts at major MSO’s. Prior to this, he worked in new product development and applications engineering at Raychem for 10 years.

Tami Martin, Partner/Sales Coordinator

Tami is an inside sale guru with over 19 years in the CATV industry. In that time she has built winning relationships at key accounts, and established a reputation for honesty, integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. Prior to joining Giganet, Tami worked for KGP Logistics (formerly TriNet Communications) where her responsibilities included MSO corporate and field support nationwide. During her time at TriNet Communications she managed Customer Service/Inside Sales and supported the major MSO accounts. Tami and Mary Hunter worked in tandem for 8 years at TriNet to cover inside and outside sales in the Southeastern US. 

Coverage: Tami assists Mary Hunter, Brandan, John and Dan as Sales Coordinator.
